The National Tax Dispute Resolution Timelines Interactive Map provides high level Tax Dispute Resolution information on a national basis for 38 jurisdictions.

The Interactive Map presents information in two ways:

  • Hover your cursor over the Interactive Map to display pop-up information on whether administrative appeal procedures are compulsory or optional prior to a judicial procedure, and also the estimated average length of time to complete the appeal process in that jurisdiction.
  • Click on the jurisdiction to display information below the Interactive Map, including appeal timing and procedure, as well as information on how national and international tax dispute resolution procedures interact.
