What are the main sources of regulatory laws in your jurisdiction?

The applicable regulatory laws for Venezuela are the Organic Law of the Financial Administration of the Public Sector1; the Decree with Rank, Value and Force of Law of the Financial Institutions of the Banking Sector2; the Rules on Electronic Banking Services3; and the Securities Markets Law,4 among other rules and regulations.
