(ii) An ad hoc protective order will be valid until a victim protective order is determined, provided that a judge may restrict the period, if deemed necessary. (iii) Article 55-2 (3) and (4) will apply mutatis mutandis to the revocation of an ad hoc protective order or the change of its type. In such cases, "a victim protective order" will be construed as "an ad hoc protective order."
