The process to register a Ukrainian branch usually takes up to 60 days (once the documents have been submitted to the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine). The branch must have a representative (who will need to provide their Ukrainian tax ID). The branch can open a bank account after registration has been completed.
