[1] Austria introduced a super reduced rate of 4.9%. The rate applies only to products specified in Annex 3 to the Austrian VAT Act and which refers to certain positions in the NC.

[2] The VAT rate of 19% is only applicable to businesses resident in the area of Mittelberg and Jungholz and only to certain transactions effected in these areas.
