In order to register a branch in the Czech Republic, it is necessary to make a filing with the Commercial Register who will then register the branch  within approximately 10 business days, provided the relevant consents, licenses and documentation have been obtained. A representative should be appointed as branch manager - this must be a natural person. There is no requirement for the branch to have a bank account.
