Occupational Retirement Plans ("ORSO plans") - ORSO plans can be DC or DB plans. Generally speaking, ORSO plans are voluntary in nature.

Transactions involving MPF plans and DC ORSO plans are relatively straightforward. If a DB ORSO plan is involved, legal and financial due diligence should be conducted to ensure that the plan is solvent.
