Yes, indirectly since every processing activity performed by data processors is under the responsibility of the data controller. The PDP Law requires data controllers to conduct supervision over every party under their control that is involved in the processing of personal data. Further, data processors are required to follow any instructions given by the data controller with respect to the processing activity.
