The Listing Rules provide alternative standards that apply to small-medium sized companies, which are to a certain extent less stringent than those applicable to the larger companies. The small-medium sized foreign issuers are companies with a capital of less than EGP100 million (approximately US$3.23 million). However, the Listing Rules do not contain detailed requirements on this.
There is no explicit procedure for fast track or expedited listings.
