Applicants for Primary Listing in the Main Board and SME Board Listings are subject to the following fees:
Lastly, the PSE imposes an Annual Listing Maintenance Fee (ALMF) for listed companies, amounting to 1/100 of 1% of MCap, which in no case may be less than PHP 250,000 (approximately US$4,525) nor more than PHP 2 million (approximately US$36,200) for each listed company. For companies listed in the SME Board, the ALMF is PHP 100 (approximately US$1.81) for every PHP 1 million (approximately US$18,100) MCap, but in no case shall it be less than PHP 50,000 (approximately US$905) nor more than PHP 250,000 (approximately US$4,525).
